WPTV video: PSL’s lawsuit against former CEO Textor clouds purchase of Digital Domain building

From WPTV: The sale of the Digital Domain building has been called off, as a key deadline came and went Monday evening.

The City of Port St. Lucie had borrowed almost $40 million to build Digital Domain before it went bankrupt in 2012.

Developer and businessman James Hall had signed a contract to purchase the building for $15 million.

There had been a lawsuit against Digital Domain’s former CEO,  Jupiter Islander John Textor. Hall had been outspoken regarding his opposition to the lawsuit.
