Tiger Woods and former Surfside cop John Davis agreed to a confidential settlement in a three-year lawsuit filed by Davis after he allegedly hurt himself while working security at Woods’ sprawling beach mansion in Jupiter Island, according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.

Davis was patrolling Woods’ 8-acre, $50 million property two days before Christmas 2010 when, according to the lawsuit, he fell heavily on wet marble pavement. The lawsuit claims a badly-oriented sprinkler-head caused the marble to become slippery.
