Tiger Woods Foundation Hosts STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) Conference

CBS reports that more than 300 parents and students are expected to attend a one-day career and college conference, September 20,  hosted by the Tiger Woods Foundation. The foundation’s learning center campus model at Murray Middle School in Stuart opened in September 2011 and has served more than 500 students.

The free conference is focused on careers in science, technology, engineering and math — or STEM— and is open to students in grades seven through 12. It will be held at Florida Atlantic University’s Jupiter campus.
