Textor associate still looks to get paid $5 million settlement after Digital Domain collapse

Carl Stork is trying to get money owed by Digital Domain Media Group stemming from a 2010 lawsuit. Stork was an executive at the California company bought by Wyndcrest Holdings and later merged with Digital Domain Florida to form Digital Domain Media Group. Stork sued after he claimed Textor persuaded him to sell his stake in the company at a big discount.
