TCPalm: Hobe Sound restaurant owners file suit against Martin County

Owners of the Flash Beach Grille restaurant in Hobe Sound filed a lawsuit Thursday morning against Martin County to stop officials from enforcing a conservation easement on its property.

The lawsuit surrounds a 40-by-60-feet area in the backyard of their restaurant at 9126 S.E. Bridge Road, where Robert and Anita Breinig want to plant peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and lemon trees.
