Stuart commission mulls medical marijuana clinic regulations

Although Florida voters won’t decide on medical marijuana until the November election, Stuart is already adopting its own regulations of marijuana clinics, according to TCPalm.

The City Commission on Wednesday unanimously gave initial approval to an ordinance that would add marijuana dispensaries to Stuart’s definition of pain clinics.
