Mr. Ciampi lets Mr. Mullet’s mother, Justine Simoni, use rebuttal time to attack the Guardians, a group that defends Martin’s growth plan. She also criticizes the county staff, the growth plan itself, state growth management advocate 1000 Friends of Florida, Jupiter Island residents in general, and Commissioner Sarah Heard. Mr. Ciampi joins the attack on Ms. Heard.
