From Martin County Sheriff’s Office: Sheriff William Snyder, MCSO detectives, deputies, and representatives from the State Attorney’s Office wrapped up a status briefing on the disappearance of Trisha Todd a short time ago.

Although there are no significant details to pass along, here is the latest information.

MCSO has obtained the last known photo of Tricia captured at the Hobe Sound Publix Tuesday evening, 4/26.

As you can see, she is smiling and appears to be in good spirits.

If you saw Tricia that evening and noticed anything unusual, please call us.

There is information being passed along that MCSO has ordered the dredging of a lake in North Carolina.

That is FALSE. It is imperative that we work with facts, and avoid rumors.

There are a number of investigators working on different aspects of Tricia’s disappearance.

At this time, everyone involved in this case has been cooperative.

Sheriff Snyder has ordered the MCSO Command Post and search assets to remain active and in place along US1 and Bridge Road until further notice.

Central command will continue to work out of that location.

Tips have been coming in, including walk-in and telephone tips.

We have received those tips from as far away as California.
