Jupiter Island Public Safety Department and U.S. Border Patrol were investigating at the 120 block of North Beach Road at around 7 a.m. Saturday, where they said an 18-foot Boston Whaler was found on its side just before they made the arrests. The Jupiter Island Public Safety Department received a call at about 6 a.m. Saturday from a resident who said two men were behind a property in the 200 block of South Beach Road. Two additional men were located on the beach.
