Austin Harrouff, the man accused of killing two people and biting one of their faces in Martin County this August, plead not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and burglary, according to court documents filed by attorney Robert Watson Tuesday.

Watson waived his 19-year-old client’s appearance for arraignment that was scheduled for Wednesday morning and asked for a trial by jury.

Harrouff is accused of stabbing John Stevens III, 59, and Michelle Mishcon, 53, to death at their home on Southeast Kokomo Lane on Aug. 15.
