Palm Beach couple lists new Jupiter Island house for $37.9 million

Known as Cielo-y-Mar, the poured-concrete, two-story house has eight main bedrooms. It is being built on reinforced concrete pillars; many of them had supported the previous house on the site. “The roof deck is the highest spot on Jupiter Island,” Stone said. (Source: The Shiny Sheet)

From The Shiny Sheet: Rick Stone and his wife, Lesley Blackner, Palm Beach attorneys with a longtime home in Midtown, are finishing up construction of a contemporary-style house on a Jupiter Island lot stretching over 2 acres with nearly 200 feet of water frontage between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The house at 609 S. Beach Road is listed for sale, partially furnished, at $37.9 million — the most expensive listing in the town near Hobe Sound in Martin County, according to the multiple listing service.
