More bad news for Jupiter Islander John Textor in Michael Jackson hologram patent theft case

The failed Pulse Entertainment CEO loses another battle trying to defend against claims of patent infringement by Hologram USA. (Source: TVMix)


From TVMix: Textor has not had an easy time of it ever since the company he was at the helm of, legendary VFX house Digital Domain, crashed and burned. Rising from the wreckage, has been a seemingly unending parade of unhappy business partners including angry Arab and Swiss investors and the entire state of Florida which is suing him for $100 million over what it says was “a ponzi scheme”.

In another blow to the floundering alleged-fraudster, Textor’s suit against Alki David over an interview CNN conducted after the Billboard Awards was tossed out once and for all in December 2014.
