Martin County’s environmental engineers repeatedly find harmful bacteria in the St. Lucie

WPTV reports that Martin County’s environmental engineers are repeatedly finding harmful bacteria in the St. Lucie River, and they say in this case, discharges from Lake Okeechobee likely are not to blame.
