Martin County BOCC new website study – ‘Seek, Search and Find’ what you are looking for

From Gabriella B. Ferraro, Communications and Outreach Coordinator, Department of Administration, Martin County Board of County Commissioners:

Dear Martin County Resident or Business Professional,

As you may know, we have recently replaced our 10+ year old website and unsupported infrastructure, with a brand new website. We want to ensure that the new site meets the needs of all Martin County residents and business owners. To achieve that goal, we are undergoing a Usability Study and need your help!

We are recruiting participants for this exercise over the next few weeks and we need you! Here are details on the time frame and location for the sessions:

 ·    Session Length: 1 hour per participant

·         Dates: either Tuesday or Wednesday (scheduling from March 22 – April 6)

·         Times: between 9am-1pm

·         Locations: Blake Library (Stuart) or Cummings Library (Palm City)

There is no prep work required. All we need from you is to show up and give Promet your input! We really appreciate your help in making Martin County’s website the best it can be.

Please reply to this email Gabriella Ferraro, confirming that you would like to participate, including the best method for the consultant to reach you. The consultant will then contact you for few quick questions to ensure participants selected meet statistical demographic profiles of our community, which to ensure we have the most successful outcomes for this study. Participants will then be scheduled for one of the available days/times.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
