Dubbed Cielo-y-Mar (meaning Sky and Sea), the 16,000-square-foot contemporary residence is one of the approximately 70 homes that spans the water frontage of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, according to Richard Stone, a Palm Beach, Florida-based attorney and the house’s developer.

Mr. Stone purchased the property in 2014 for about $6.56 million in a short sale. He and his wife, Lesley Blackner, who’s also an attorney, have spent the last three years crafting the new mansion with help from Silicon Valley architect Scott Hughes.
