Local Planning Agency public hearing of Comprehensive Plan Amendments, 2/20, 7PM

 

February 20th, beginning at 7:00 PM, at The Martin County Administrative Center, Commission Chambers, 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, the Local Planning Agency will conduct public hearings to consider the following items including 1st Set Comprehensive Plan Amendments:

 

1.  Application CPA 14-1, SMR Real Estate:  A Future Land Use Map (FLUM) change from Industrial to Commercial Limited on a 4.02 acre parcel located at the intersection of SW Corporate Parkway and SW Armellini Avenue in Palm City.

 

2.  Application CPA 14-2, Kanner 5601:  A Future Land Use Map (FLUM) change on two parcels to “swap” Low Density and Commercial General land uses, between a 0.83 acre parcel and a 1.05 acre parcel, located on SW Kanner Highway east of SW Linden Street.

 

3.  Application for rezoning from CC (Community Commercial) and B-1 (Business) to R-2 (Single-family Residential) and CC (Community Commercial), or the most appropriate zoning district regarding Comprehensive Plan Amendment 14-2, Kanner 5601.

 

4.  AN ORDINANCE OF MARTIN COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE 4, DIVISION 17, ADDRESSING, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, MARTIN COUNTY CODE, TO UPDATE POLICIES REGARDING THE ADDRESSING OF PHYSICAL LOCATIONS OF STRUCTURES, STREETS, AND REAL PROPERTY IN MARTIN COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY, AND APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR FILING WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND CODIFICATION.
