Lindsey Vonn’s bid to get the World Cup record will have to wait a bit after the former Olympic champion crashed out of the super-G race on Sunday in Val d’Isire, France, according to The Latin Post.

Meanwhile, Vonn’s Jupiter Island boyfriend, Tiger Woods, failed to make an impact in his return to action earlier this month, but the former world No. 1 was credited by Arjun Atwal for the Indian golfer’s recent triumph.

“You know, we’ve become like really, really close,” Atwal told Mid-Day, referring to Woods. “Him going through his stuff and me struggling the last couple of years, we’ve been there for each other. It’s almost to the point where there’s very few friends in the world that will be there for you when you need them the most, and he’s one of them.”
