A retired Surfside police officer who worked security at Tiger Woods’ house in Jupiter Island just filed a lawsuit in Martin County against the struggling golfer, according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra. John Davis says he slipped on wet marble while patrolling the 8-acre property.

Woods’ people say Davis should have known the pavement was slippery and was negligent.

Davis underwent one surgery in the wake of the fall, and is scheduled for another one this year.
