The Palm Beach Daily News continues: The sale of 254 S. Beach Road also is the largest single transaction to take place in the island town since 2005, according to property records.
The buyer was represented by Adrian Reed, a real estate agent with longtime family ties to Jupiter Island. In 1932, his grandparents founded the entity that became “the driving force behind the creation of Jupiter Island as we know it today,” according to the website of the agency where Reed works, Fenton Lang Bruner & Associates. “Since early 2007, there had not been a sale made on the island over $10 million,” Reed said. “But starting in September, there have been four sales over $10 million. The high end, all of a sudden, is what’s really kicking. Our sales pace has returned to very normal and very healthful levels.”
