LA Times: Martin County’s Marilyn Mordes was delegate to Democratic National Convention

Marilyn Mordes, a 32-year resident of Stuart, recently returned from The Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Interviewed by the LA Times, she was among delegates who answered the question; “How would it be different with a woman in the White House?”

[Mordes, a registered nurse,  was instrumental in initiating the Democratic Women’s Club of Martin County. In its 2nd year of existence, the membership had climbed to 125 members. She serves on the Martin County Democratic Executive Committee, and is also a member of The League of Women Voters of Martin County.]
