Keiser University backs down from becoming next Digital Domain tenant



The only company that had a bid on the defunct Digital Domain property has backed away from the property.

The city of Port St. Lucie is losing millions of dollars as the building sits empty.

The city has been seeking a new tenant since Digital Domain went bankrupt in 2012 when Jupiter Island’s John Textor was at the helm. The city borrowed money to purchase the nearly $40 million facility in 2009.
