Irma: New curfew hours for Martin County; more info on schools, utilities, garbage collection

The Palm Beach Post reports that There are about 63,200 power outages in Martin County, according to Florida Power & Light (68% without power).  

Martin County Utilities has restored water service to Hutchinson Island in Martin County. Service was shut off prior to the arrival of Hurricane Irma to protect the integrity of the water system. Residents are under a boil water advisory until further notice.
