From Board of County Commissioners: Public hearings on Comprehensive Plan Amendments

 

From the Martin County Board of County Commissioners:

 

Please be advised that on July 26, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners, beginning at 9:00 A.M., will conduct public hearings to consider adoption of the following Comprehensive Plan Amendments:

 

1. Application CPA 16-1 Palm Bluff: A request for a Future Land Use Map (FLUM) change from Rural Density, allowing one unit per two acres, to Medium Density, allowing eight units per acre, on a 3.57-acre parcel located on the south side of Martin Highway in Palm City.

 

2. Application CPA 16-2 Kanner 5601: A request for a FLUM change from General Commercial to Low Density Residential, allowing five units per acre, on 23.2-acres located on SW Kanner Highway east of SW Linden Street.

 

3. Application CPA 16-4 Sunshine Carnations: A request for a FLUM change from Agricultural, allowing one unit per twenty acres, to Low Density Residential, allowing five units per acre, on 9.8-acres located on the east side of Berry Avenue in Palm City.

 

4. Application CPA 16-5 DeMartini: A request for a Future Land Use Map (FLUM) change from Limited Commercial to General Commercial on 2.27-acres located at the intersection of US-1 and Cove Road.

 

5. Application CPA 16-6 Seacoast Bank: A request for a FLUM change from Limited Commercial to General Commercial on 0.33-acres located near the intersection of US-1 and Cove Road.

 

6. Application CPA 16-7 Legg LUA: A request for a FLUM change from Rural Density, allowing one unit per two acres, to Medium Density, allowing eight units per acre, on 8.5-acres located on Martin Highway, and east of SW 30th Avenue, in Palm City.

 

7. Application CPA 16-14 Legg II LUA: A request for a FLUM change from Rural Density, allowing one unit per two acres, to General Commercial on 1.75-acres located south of Martin Highway, on the west side of SW 30th Avenue, in Palm City.

 

8. Application CPA 16-8 Maggy’s Hammock Park: A request for a FLUM change from Estate Density, allowing two units per acre, to Recreational on 21.7-acres located along SE Kubin Avenue, in Rocky Point.

 

9. Application CPA 16-9 Oxbow: A request for a FLUM change from Low Density Residential, allowing five units per acre, and Recreational to Conservation on 7.7-acres located along the south fork of the St. Lucie River, north of Salerno Road.

 

10. Application CPA 16-10 Danforth: A request for a FLUM change from Estate Density, allowing two units per acre, to Conservation on 24-acres located south of Martin Highway, at Mapp Road, in Palm City.

 

11. Application CPA 16-11 DOT Property: A request for a FLUM change from Agricultural Ranchette, allowing one unit per five acres, to Recreational on 305-acres located south of I-95 in western Martin County.

 

12. Application CPA 16-12 Datillio: A request for a FLUM change from Rural Density, allowing one unit per two acres, to Conservation on 57.4-acres located south of Bridge Road and west of Powerline Avenue.

 

13. Application CPA 16-13 Bob Graham Beach: A request for a FLUM change from Estate Density, allowing two units per acre, and Medium Density, allowing eight units per acre, to Recreational on a 2.4-acres located on Hutchinson Island.
