“Realtors who spoke under the condition they not be named say they’ve been dealing with fake buyers whose only purpose is to walk through Reynolds’ home and meet him,” according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.

“At other times, it’s the 78-year-old star of Smokey and the Bandit who’s his own worst enemy, insisting to remain in the house when would-be buyers are scheduled to visit the property, Valhalla.

“It’s extremely difficult to work over there,” said one Realtor. “We don’t really want Burt there, but there are times he won’t go away. So, potential buyers spend the whole time talking to him and not looking at the property.

“And then, some buyers are really jerks.

“One recently was caught taking selfies in Reynolds’ bedroom, so now cellphones and cameras are collected from buyers before they tour the property.”
