Suspect found biting man’s face at Tequesta double murder scene

From The Times Record News: A 23-year-old male suspect is in custody in a double murder after Martin County deputies found him on top of one of two stabbing victims, biting off pieces of his face, said Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.

It took a number of deputies and a K-9 dog using “as much force as physically possibly” to get the suspect off, Snyder said.
