From TVMix: Textor, of Jupiter Island, is a former CEO of Digital Domain, Inc., which used the licensed Musion Eyeliner technology to produce the famous Tupac Shakur hologram at Coachella in 2012.

A hologram of Michael Jackson is scheduled to dance across the stage at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards.

The complaint points out that Textor has had numerous negotiations with Musion and Hologram USA about future use of Musion’s patented technology, but no agreements are in place that would allow them use it.
