Cabining is cool and bug-free at Jonathan Dickinson State Park

From The Sun-Sentinel: A good way to get your nature fix is to stay in a cabin, and one of the best places to do that is in Jonathan Dickinson State Park (floridastateparks.org/park/Jonathan-Dickinson.

This big state park in Hobe Sound is full of adventures: great hiking and biking, an interesting boat tour, and kayak and canoe rentals.

The cabins rent for $80 a night May to October and $95 the rest of the year. Cabins six and seven are larger – they can sleep six people, with two on a sleeper sofa. The other cabins are about 300 square feet and sleep four, two on a sleeper sofa.
