The following items were moved from the 1st Set of Comprehensive Plan Amendments into the 2nd Set.
On August 18, the Board of County Commissioners, beginning at 9:00 A.M., will conduct public hearings to consider transmittal to the Department of Economic Opportunity the following 2nd Set of Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
1. Application CPA 15-2, Berry Retail: A Future Land Use Map change from Rural Density, allowing 1 unit per two acres, to Commercial Office/Residential on a 4.8-acre parcel located on the south side of SW Martin Highway approximately 400 feet west of Berry Avenue in Palm City. And a concurrent request to change the zoning on the property from A-1 (Small Farms) to COR-2 (Commercial Office Residential).
2. Application CPA 15-4, Davis Hobe Sound: A Future Land Use Map change from Medium Density Residential, allowing 8 units per acre, to Commercial General on a 1.27-acre parcel located on the east side of Federal Hwy., between SE Porter Blvd. and SE Church Street, in Hobe Sound. And a concurrent request to change the zoning on the property from R-3A (Liberal Multi-Family) to CC (Community Commercial).
3. Application CPA 15-6, Berry Retail-Galley: A Future Land Use Map change from Rural Density, allowing 1 unit per two acres, to Commercial Office/Residential on a 1.14-acre parcel located on the SW corner of SW Martin Highway and Berry Avenue in Palm City. And a concurrent request to change the zoning on the property from A-1 (Small Farms) to COR-2 (Commercial Office Residential).
