Arrests made in Stuart for involvement in Butane Hash Oil lab fire

Stuart Police Detectives arrested Anna Rae Kellogg and Daniel Paul Vranich for their involvement in a Butane Hash Oil (BHO) lab fire.
Butane Hash Oil (BHO) is made by using butane to extract the oils from cannabis creating oil. Butane is highly volatile and caused the explosion.
The Stuart Police Department is still investigating the incident. Kellogg and Vranich both turned themselves in to Stuart Police. After being questioned by detectives, both were arrested.

Kellogg is charged with manufacturing of narcotics, drug trafficking, 2 counts of abuse/neglect of a child, and failure to report a dangerous fire. She was held at the Martin County Jail in lieu of a $35,250 bond.

Vranich was charged with manufacturing of narcotics, drug trafficking, 2 counts of abuse/neglect of a child, and failure to report a dangerous fire. He was held at the Martin County Jail in lieu of a $55,000.00 bond.

    What a shame. Why do people out the lives of their children in jeopardy for something that is dumb and illegal as manufacturing drugs. They should never get their children back.. with all the people out there that wants kids and can’t have them here you have patents who almost killed their own.
