Martin County Property Appraiser Laurel Kelly plans to study the impact that All Aboard Florida could have the value of roughly 2,800 properties along the Florida East Coast Railway tracks, according to The Palm Beach Post.

Kelly said the office plans to monitor sale prices and speak with buyers to determine whether increased train traffic from All Aboard could cause values to slide, as some residents have feared.
